Accounts

Accounts should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Access to Content

When you purchase or receive access, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Purchased books and content may be accessed on a maximum of two devices per purchase or account. Access beyond the permitted number of devices may be restricted.

All content on the Platform, including videos, books, illustrations, and animations, belongs to Appu Series and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or redistributed without permission.

Access Period

Purchased access is valid for one year from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Copy or distribute Platform content
• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
• Use the Platform unlawfully or in a way that harms the Platform or other users

Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Appu Series is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
