1. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Digital access license

When you purchase or receive complimentary access, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the digital books and embedded lesson videos for personal, non-commercial use during your active access period. All content remains the property of Appu Series and its licensors.

3. Access periods

Purchased access is valid for one year from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout. Complimentary preview or verified-account access is provided for the period described on the Platform. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, record, redistribute, or publicly display Platform content except as expressly permitted.
• Share account credentials or circumvent access limits, including device or page restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source files from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users or our systems.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices, taxes, and currencies are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy and at the point of purchase. Contact info@appuseries.com for billing questions.

6. Intellectual property

The Appu Series name, characters, illustrations, animations, videos, book layouts, and related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and content are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly set out here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appu Series will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant access in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
